JORDAN & ASSOCIATES OB/GYN is one of the only OB/GYN practices that accepts Tricare PRIME Insurance in Hampton Roads. We appreciate your service, and this is Our service to You!

 

Tricare Prime

Tricare Prime Insurance requires a referral from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) for ALL Gynecological problem visits and Obstetrical care. Paperwork is necessary from your PCP prior to scheduling an appointment in our office so first, notify your PCP that you would like to see a specialist. A referral is NOT required for well woman preventative visits. The GYN problem referral should be for Evaluation and Treatment and your PCP requests the number of visits allowed.

 

Tricare Standard

A referral is NOT required for Tricare Standard. Active duty members may have a co-insurance and a calendar year deductible. Contact us for current rates.
