Jennifer Hahn, APRN, MSN, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Jordan & Associates Obstetrics and Gynecology. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2001. She then went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2020. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Jennifer served as a registered nurse for over 20 years, including over four years as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse.

From babysitting at an early age to mission work in high school, helping people has always been in Jennifer’s blood. She loves being able to make a positive impact on her patients. Jennifer strives to be an advocate for all of her patients, providing them with the education necessary to make the right decisions for their individual healthcare goals. Her focus is providing compassionate care, promoting health and wellness, and ensuring her patients have healthy pregnancies and positive outcomes.

Jennifer treats comprehensive women’s care, including routine health screens, gynecological care, preventative counseling, STI screening and treatment, contraception, preconception counseling and pregnancy care (antepartum and postpartum).  She sees a wide range of patients from adolescents to postmenopausal women. Her special medical interests include preventative care, pregnancy, contraception and patient education.

She is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jennifer is also the recipient of multiple awards during her schooling, including the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners Student Scholarship of Achievement and the Patricia A. Losee Memorial Award for professionalism, conscientiousness, compassion, and commitment to the nursing profession.

In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their three kids. When they aren’t on the go to competitive sporting events, she enjoys time at home, exercising, making healthy meals, walking her dogs, swimming, and, most recently, beekeeping. Jennifer is excited to join the team at Jordan and Associates OBGYN and warmly invites patients to reserve an appointment.
